Highly recommend Push It HMB. I’ve been taking classes for a couple months now and appreciate working out in the outdoors alongside fellow parents and being able to bring my baby along so I can actually attend without having to coordinate a babysitter. Palmer leads challenging workouts that are different each session and offers modifications as needed. The camaraderie is a huge perk, as well as the safe space to take a time out in case your kiddo needs something or is crying during a class.

This is what self-care is all about! Palmer is an amazing trainer and the babies love her too! This group was instrumental in helping me get over my PPD and back into shape. Also a wonderful opportunity to get in a good workout during the day with baby so you can have more precious family time at night with the hubby and older children.

I have loved being a part of these workout classes post partum! Palmer has helped adapt the exercises as I recover from my c section and I can feel myself getting stronger weekly! Can’t recommend these classes enough! It has also been nice to be able to meet new moms and socialize while we get fit!
